Angelina Reynolds
President, Founder/CEO

Angie Reynolds is an Eastern Kentucky native with more than 20 years of experience in human resources and workforce development. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to building innovative, forward-driven workforces and firmly believes that high-quality training is the foundation of long-term success. Her commitment to investing in local youth and workforce development continues to strengthen both organizations and the communities they serve.

Angie has led the development and implementation of modern onboarding strategies and advanced training models for the skilled trades, resulting in the creation of a state-of-the-art training center and impactful partnerships with local school systems.

She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Ashford University, maintains professional OSHA safety certification, and is a Master Trainer with the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), as well as a certified instructor.

The TEK Center Board of Directors is a dedicated group of community leaders, industry professionals, and workforce development advocates who provide strategic guidance and oversight to advance the mission of TEK Center. United by a shared commitment to student success and economic growth in Eastern Kentucky, the Board plays a vital role in supporting TEK Center’s long-term vision.

Gina Rose
Board Chair

Gina is a lifelong Eastern Kentucky entrepreneur and the owner of Shirt Gallery LLC, a Floyd County–based business she has grown since its founding in 1984. Through decades of leadership and community engagement, she has developed a deep understanding of the region’s potential and a strong commitment to its continued growth.

In 2016, following the passing of her husband, Gina established the Kent Rose Foundation to carry forward their shared mission of inspiring and encouraging young people throughout the community.

Gina remains deeply invested in Eastern Kentucky and brings a strong civic-minded spirit to all of her endeavors, continually working to strengthen both local youth and the region she proudly calls home.

Trish Adams
Board Member

A lifelong resident of East Kentucky, Trish brings with her over 30 years of experience in broadcasting and marketing across the Appalachian region. Her extensive career also includes 10 years as a workforce development professional, serving a 23-county area in East Kentucky. With a deep understanding of the region's needs and challenges, Trish brings a wealth of knowledge to our team at TEK.

Having graduated from the Carl D. Perkins Area Vocational & Technical Center in Hindman, Kentucky, with a degree in business and clerical administration, Trish recognizes the vital role that skilled trades play in our communities. She shares our commitment to providing high-quality education and training opportunities to empower individuals in the skilled trades.

Jerry Fultz
Board Vice Chair

Jerry has served Floyd County, Kentucky as a dedicated educator and community leader for more than 32 years. A lifelong advocate for his hometown of Wayland, Kentucky, he has been actively involved in community service and leadership in various capacities since 1984.

Among his many contributions, Jerry is the founder of the Wayland Historical Society and the Mountain Sports Hall of Fame, organizations that preserve local heritage and celebrate regional achievement. He has also served as Mayor of Wayland, Kentucky since 2010, providing steady leadership and a strong vision for the community’s future.

Throughout his career, Jerry has remained deeply committed to mentoring and uplifting both youth and adults. His lifelong dedication to service and leadership continues to leave a lasting impact on the people and communities he serves.

Cliff Latta
Advisory Council to the Board 
Cliff is an Independent Consultant  born and raised in Eastern Kentucky.  His career as a Professional Civil Engineer leaned heavily towards the construction side but he has spent many years as a consulting engineer as well.

 

More recently, and in addition to his work as an engineer, Cliff has involved himself with both individuals and non-profit organizations in their pursuit of projects that share a common goal: The betterment of our region. Cliff has a passion for current day Appalachia and his experiences as a both a native and an engineer, helps to provide a unique perspective on many fronts.

Jeni Meyer
Board Member

Jeni joined the Mountain Association in 2023 as a Lending Specialist. Jeni grew up in Martin, Kentucky and graduated from Thomas More University in Crestview Hills, Kentucky where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with minors in English, International Studies, and Nonprofit and Public Administration and will complete her M.B.A from The University of the Cumberlands in 2024. After graduating, Jeni worked in Business Correspondence with the IRS and several lending institutions. Jeni enjoys being outdoors, especially running, hiking, and camping.

 

Jeni is excited to be a part of TEK Center’s mission to create opportunities for individuals through sustainable career paths to strengthen the economy of eastern Kentucky one tradesman and tradeswoman at a time.

Jeania Perry
Board Member

Jeania Perry is a senior leader with more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. She currently oversees Human Resources, Safety, Training, and Facility Maintenance at Appalachian Wireless. She brings a strategic, people-centered approach to leadership, supported by specialty credentials in Workplace Investigations, Talent Acquisition, Inclusive Workplace Culture, and People Analytics, along with collegiate coursework in Business Administration. She is a proud graduate of Leadership Kentucky, Jeania has been recognized as a Kentucky Colonel for her service and commitment to the Commonwealth. Her career has been defined by a focus on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and building cultures where communication, learning, and safety drive sustainable performance.
Jeania is deeply engaged in civic and board leadership across the Commonwealth. She is an active member of Rotary International and serves as a board member for United Way of Kentucky and the Maddiwar House of Hope, contributing to initiatives that strengthen families and expand opportunity. Her commitment to education, innovation, and workforce readiness aligns closely with the mission of TEK Center, where she is proud to support efforts that empower individuals and communities, and help the Commonwealth’s talent shine.
